This week has been busy-lots to do at work, busy with friends, and trying (really trying) to blog more often-next week already seems like it will be crazier! But I’ve managed to pull together some favorites, so I hope you enjoy.
Habitually Chic did a great post on style icon, Aerin Lauder after she was profiled in T Magazine. I adore her bar set up. I love the dark, masculine colors and her amazing selection of art-definitely one to add to the inspiration file!
If you follow me on Twitter, you know I recently purchased this dress from Maje a cool small French label with great prices. -available at Net-A-Porter. I find it to be the best multi-tasker day to night dress. It arrives tomorrow and if it fits, I’ll be wearing it to SoHo House Saturday night.
I think these Classic Hurricanes from Ralph Lauren are quite fantastic. Even though they seem very traditional, they could easily work in an ecclectic room also. I like the different sizes-it adds more interest. Imagine them stacked on a coffee table.
I was recently introduced to Porter Teleo Wall Coverings-which are truly pieces of art and a definite statement. What I learned was that founder, Kelly Porter, is an artist and her work is magnificent. Check out her portfolio here.
I love a good florist-I definitely have my favorites. One of them is Botany Flowers in the Brentwood Country Mart. It is a shoebox of a store filled to the brim with delightful flowers and objects. If you are in the area, they are worth checking out!
