A great accent for any space is a touch of vintage rattan-not of the Shabby Chic genre. The rattan I’m referring to is the European mid century modern type. Rattan adds a perfect dose of natural texture and interest to space. It can be beachy, boho, ethnic or modern. Its versatility is only strengthened by the fact that it is so lightweight and movable and looks right at home indoors or out.
